This year’s Poppy Appeal looks a little different. If you’re unable to buy a poppy from your usual seller, you can donating online to the appeal and create your own poppy using the mathematical art of origami.

You can use any size of paper as long as it is square. The smaller the piece of paper the smaller the poppy so if you’re making this with very young children, a bigger square is better.
